Would have left 4.5 if possible. The service was easy and it is great value for money, especially as a unique Christmas/birthday gift. Only thing I would flag to anyone is make sure you download the documents and keep them safe if using the online pack as they are only stored on their system for a limited time. Other than that, absolutely brilliant!
