I ordered a multipurpose vegetable cutter and received the product in a very disappointing state. One blade was broken, and as advised I wrote a complaint along with pictures of the broken blades on 9 September. Though the reply mail said i will get a replacement blade, till today I did not receive any.

Didn't receive the base plate that decanter and glasses sat on.

I hadn't received my order, got in touch and couldn't have asked for anymore assistance, as they were right onto it and I received my order, all intact, very very happy customer.

Communication with order and delivery is excellent. The delivery from the USA to my address in Australia is nearly as fast as trying to get a parcel from Perth Western Australia to my delivery which is less than 300kms (approx 180 miles). Will shop with you again - thank you

If i could i would give you 0 stars. First package was sent back to the Nederlands and destroid. Then i ordered the same item now with s small deduction in price. Also sent back to the Nederlands post. After i have talked with Danish post they say that Danish customs were not satisfied with the content deskription. Never again. Money out of the window.

Received product in timely. However, product was missing parts. Reached out to support email woth NO reply after 2 weeks. Also sent followup.
