Upon contacting Christian to get the… Upon contacting Christian to get the process started I was told if I had all my paperwork in order it would be quick and easy. I sent in all my paperwork and was told I would be contacted after a review of the documents I sent in. I waited 4 days and tried to call to see what’s going on, I was sent to voicemail which I left and I than sent a email I repeated this process every day for 5 days and never received a call back or response via email. I tried to call an speak to someone else but was told that Christian had not updated my account to say anything new. It’s now been 3 weeks and I’ve still not heard anything and it’s not from a lack of trying. At this point I am moving on but it really sucks I’ve wasted all this time when if they couldn’t help me they should have just said that instead of leading me on all this time and now I’m even further from where I need to be. All in all this company really dropped the ball on being helpful in any way!!! Very disappointing since I read so many good reviews which makes me think they are not “actual customer reviews”

My Inheritance Cash is, in my opinion, the only nationwide inheritance funding company that offers truly premium inheritance funding customer service -- with 2--3 day turnaround funding that heirs like to call inheritance loans or probate loans. This is inheritance funding that provides genuinely excellent customer service -- In fact My Inheritance Cash seems to be the only inheritance loan outfit that provides genuinely top notch inheritance advance customer service, which a lot of people still call inheritance loan or probate loan service, not just lip service. The probate cash advance rates are OK, and the speed of delivery is very fast, but all the top 3 or 4 inheritance advance companies are relatively fast. But the customer service is really unique, really cordial and friendly and efficient... all at the same time -- something you rarely see these days.
