My bidder works well when it's linked to ebay, sometimes the link drops out and a bid is lost which is annoying. Also the My bidder screen needs updating as the bid time and item reference are overlaid on each other, making reading difficult

Very happy, I've been using the desktop version for a week and have won several items at awkward times where I couldn't have bid. I'm especially pleased as watching and bidding on similar items in the past often ended in very high bids which were getting close to normal retail prices (when fees and postage are taken into account). About using it - it has a basic desktop UI and took little time to get used to it. As it's free (donations are requested if people like it and find it useful - I'll be doing this) I think any complaints about the UI aren't reasonable. I've yet to try the phone app, but I'm keen to see how this works as well.

The new Myibidder is a little confusing to link but gotten linked and also will not automatically refresh like the old version at the end of an auction I had constantly refreshing to see how long its left unless i switch to eBay back and forth, anyway at the end it sniped and I won so it works. customer support was OK but did not answer more than one question at the time

The linking process did not change for the last few years. There is no "new process" to link. It can't refresh on its own as you have to authorize the sniper to access your eBay account. The sniper can't do authorization without your permission. Please do contact support directly if you have more questions. We are always here for you to help.
