Took payment for an extra night, I did not book or use, and they are not refunding the money
The hotel took out payment for 4 nights instead of 3. I was promoised the money back on arrival. Did not happen. After I returned Home I send my bank details. More than 3 weeks later still no refund. And no response on my request. Booked a two bedroom apartment. What I Got was one room with one bed and 3 sofabeds.
