Literature Review
I submitted a request for a 7-12 page literature review assignment. I submitted the detailed 4 page requirement for the assignment, and 2 more guided instructions. I received plagiarized material. The tutor assigned to my project, copied and pasted from the example submitted I provided as feedback and guidance for execution of the assignment, into the outline I also provided. I received about half a page of new content combined. After they read this review, they offered a revision but it was past the deadline. They gave me a free assignment for them to complete and told me they would refund me partial payment. I'm still waiting for the refund. The free assignment they completed was 75% accurate with a few grammar errors but otherwise it was useful. I'm giving then 3 stars because of their customer service and overall, it was a good job. I still spent a out 2 hours fixing the assignment they completed but otherwise it was good material.
