I ordered 2 headwraps: solid brown, and paisley peach. The peach one was actually purple (no peach at all). AND, after 1 week (worn 3 times) the elastic came unstitched from the fabric and now it's way too big to wear. Useless. I am VERY disappointed in the quality of these products.

It would have been nice to have received what I ordered. I guess they don't know or understand that mail does get lost or stolen especially during the holiday season. It showed it was delivered but I never received it. I paid for shipping and the headband and got nothing but disappointment 😣 Poor customer service is a sure way to drive customers away for good!!!!

I am very upset about Myheadcoverings.com's poor customer service policy when a purchase is defective. A simple apology and accusation that the customer is at fault after 2 wearings, is totally unacceptable! I actually spent money to mail back the snood in question, because I thought that your quality control people would be able to discern what the problem was and correct it for the future! In such a situation, the item should be replaced, as a matter of course. I found this very unprofessional and upsetting! I have no problem spending money for a good quality snood, but when i spend it and the item starts unravelling immediately, i am losing a good amount of money and have no snood to show for it!
