I had a problem with the courier in my country and they solved it very quickly and the solution was great. Great service.

We ordered 18 shirts - the shipping timeline was tight (I had about 5 days wiggle room) we are in Canada and shirts shipped from China. I got in touch with customer service when I looked at the details shipping timeline and saw shirts could potentially not arrive in time. The shirts arrived ahead a schedule :) ! I was blown away with how quick and helpful customer support was. Honestly among the best order support I have received in years. We had a couple emails on updates -thanks you! And the size is bang on - my husband is an XL and the XL was perfect on him so we are confident other sizes will fit others. Plus the shirt is soft and picture turned out well and we couldn’t be happier. My husband modeled it and I sent a pic to a few who will get the shirt and they are excited ! Happy with look and size, service amazing, quality fab. Kudos!

Super great the employees are super sweet and definitely care about getting the product to you. Came honestly faster than expected in great condition!! Would definitely recommend! Haven’t listened to the cd yet but as far as the outside it looks PERFECT!

I recently purchased the Lumina Box for my wife. The final product was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The support staff was extremely helpful and responded timely to our questions. I highly recommend the product!

Ordered a product from this company and arrived all damaged, got in touch with a lovely lady called Vicky who sorted out a replacement straight away no hassle, they could not apologise enough, product arrived couple of days later, we are over the moon, First class service all the way, definatley will be recommending to friends and family and will be back to purchase again. Well done

Lost my furbaby in April 2025 and this is a great lil tribute to him . Loved the video that was created not only display in box but can keep on phone. Did have a issue but it was my own doing by not taking off the protective film but I emailed and it was dealt with quickly by Vivian.

Very happy with my order

Excellent product and arrived in time
