Package came completely broken and the quality is just horrible altogether. Have emailed for a refund.

Only positive was it was shipped fast, but I guess that meant it was at the quality expense. I ordered the customized grad card and paid extra for the photo to be on the back. On the front side it is supposed to read “Congratulations You Understood The Assignment” assignment was spelled Assicnment and it’s the biggest word on the front side! It did not come with the plastic sleeve for the money to go in and the backside pic was not like how advertised. It looked like it was rushed and definitely not checked before sending out. Emailed the company and they wanted to just reimburse half the cost of the card at first. After email exchanges where they talked about their cost and time to put their products together they agreed to reimburse the product amount minus the shipping and tax. Will not order from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They cancelled my order and did not let me know so now it is too late to order from somewhere else. Absolutely terrible company.

Their company’s customer service is awful, after they told me my item was out of stock I tried to cancel the order and they never got back to me, I’ve tried four times to get a refund and they still never contacted me back.

My item was supposed to arrive well before Christmas. It is still not here with no local tracking info/update. Very disappointed. Scam company most likely.

Uploaded photos, they told me they can't see it. I've sent them a link with the music, they uploaded a fully random music on my keychain

i received my cd 💿 but the link does not work😡 Give me back my money
