I ordered what i knew was a generic Castle Greyskull from He-Man cartoons what I got was a pack of socks. When I contacted the company they admitted the error and 'sent' out a new item that in less than 2 weeks said it was delivered on their website yet my post office couldnt even track the number they provided I contacted them 2 more times as they 'sent' out 2x more and kept gaslighting me. I eventually ended up getting my credit card company involved and got my money back. It was a total scam.

Buyer beware! We ordered a Cinderella's Castle "Lego" set which, to our surprise, was sent from China. It took weeks to arrive - in a cellophane bag. The instructions were in Chinese, and the parts did not fit together. This was obviously a counterfeit set and very frustrating for my granddaughter, who waited so long for the kit to arrive. Do not buy from this company!

This is a scam. Nothing takes this long to be delivered. I have a very disappointed 8 year old who saved up for months for a lego set. It's been two weeks, the support email today said it will be here in 15-20 days. Sad that they are scamming using toys.

Paid $80 for a starwars lego kit and never received it. No response to any emails to support!
