love the mattress
only catch is having to haul an huge plastic wrapped and incredibly heavy queen mattress up the top of stairs and down a hallway and then onto bed frame. there should be a white glove service or something. we chose a high quality organically sourced mattress so what not have option of making delivery easier even if there is a charge. it was quite the task to move it to the bedroom all that said, a great mattress

Hi, Kenneth. Thank you for your feedback. We are a small, family-owned business out of Illinois and unfortunately we have to rely on FedEx to reach all of our customers across the country. We hear you on the topic of a delivery service and hope to some day offer that as an option. In the mean time, we appreciate your business! Our mattresses are made from the best quality materials we can find; the Natural Escape hybrid latex and coil mattress that you purchased is about 100 lbs which is about average when it comes to premium mattresses.
