My Green MattressReviews of mygreenmattress.com

Mattress great. deal great . almost organic Notice no fume at all. Really happy with this no smell bed, i pick the king size with 3 inch latex on top and coil springs. Delivered ups ground no problems. Amazing someone with a sense of decency , price and quality all in one. Just love it. Sales rep at customer support could be more helpful answer question more patiently and be more friendly. 5 star for bed, 3 star for sales staff.

Great customer service We bought king and twin latex mattresses. We set the king on it's side after opening to get the other king out of the room and part of the interior of the king buckled causing a large bump. We contacted Customer Service which responded right away and told us to 'shake' it out. That was challenging but we managed. It is slightly concerning that the material inside the mattress is so easily moved, but we have been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now and haven't had any concerns. We chose this mattress company because I felt this small family owned organic company would take care of its customers. So far they have responded quickly to our complaint and only time will tell how the mattress holds up, but we have high expectations it will.

After a lot of research, My Green Mattress seemed like the safest and most cost effective mattress for our child with multiple allergies. Very fast shipping and I was able to track my packages all the way through shipment. The bed base was easy to put together and we are really pleased with the comfort of the mattress. I'm giving my green Mattress only four stars, because when I called the store to discuss the best option for my child, the person who helped me was a little abrubt and not the most helpful, given the $1200 purchase I was considering at the time. Thankfully this didn't impact our decision and I'm glad we followed through with our purchase. We'll definitely consider buying another mattress from them in the future.

Absolutely love the mattress! Perfectly firm but soft! Shipped quickly too. There were two places on the mattress that seemed to not be sewn down properly when it unfolded and I sent photos right away to the complaint. Fortunately they responded quickly, I was told the two areas would not affect the warranty or the quality and was even offered some money back. All greatly appreciated considering this will be my child's mattress for a very long time and I had high hopes for it. I'm only not giving 5 stars simply because even though it might not affect the quality and such, the mattress I paid a LOT of money for did arrive not perfect in two places. Other than that our experience was wonderful and we really do truly love the mattress. When my hubby and I are ready to go organic on ours we will definitely use this company again!!!!

Nette Seite, sehr interessant.

Wow! Shipping was CRAZY fast! Ordered on Wednesday, received by Friday! Wonderful customer service. Only regret was that the mattress arrived with rain and soil all over the packaging (understandable...the weather's been terrible). I didn't realize the outer plastic wrap was connected the mattress. In my rush to get the mattress out of the mud, I wiped down and cut open the outer wrap, and was trying to get the rolled up mattress (still in cardboard) disconnected from the dirty plastic, and the whole thing popped open! Mattress got a little soiled, but hopefully will clean easily with some soapy water and a rag? Perhaps a separate wrapping for the outside in the future, in case of inclement weather! (Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seemed like it was one large piece of plastic inside and out!)

The mattress arrived quickly and is very comfortable. The only bad thing is that is has a funny smell, which has been slowly dissipating.

We recently purchased a Pure Echo mattress from My Green Mattress and have been very happy with it. I wanted a non-toxic mattress but didn't have a large budget and this fit the bill. There was little to no smell upon opening and it unrolled quickly and easily (I still don't know how they roll them up like that!). I will note that the mattress is on the firm side. I like this and my body feels good when I wake up in the morning, but it may be too hard for some people. Overall I am pleased with both the quality and the price.
