Great customer service

Great company with quality mattresses with chemical-free, non-petroleum products in their mattresses. Easy to buy online and ship, although their 100 day test policy seems a little misleading, as it is not a return, it would be a donation of the mattress to a local charity if you were to not like their mattress.

I love the mattress and how it is made and the smell. The Pure Echo ended up being too firm for me but customer service has been really helpful giving me options of returning, exchanging, or figuring out a good mattress topper. In the end I think I will keep the mattress because it seems so we'll made and has great support and I can customize the softness with a topper. I do wish the mattress had handles so it would be easier to flip.

Good company, easy to work with.

Mattress is very comfortable so far (three nights in). Had a smell to it that dissipated within a day. Arrived a day early (hooray!). Was relatively easy to set up. (Would have been no problem with two people!) Set up video isn't helpful — the packaging isn't the same in real life as it is in the video—but it's pretty intuitive. They're having a sale now, of course right after I bought mine. (That's the reason for 4/5 stars.)

We bought the Pure Echo double-sided twin mattress for our 3-year-old son. I thought the price and craftsmanship were great for a more natural mattress option. The mattress came quickly. We've had it for a little over a month, and my son's room still smells from it (which I don't love and I don't think he does either). He's been really stuffy, and I'm hoping it's from seasonal allergies and not the mattress, but I guess time will tell. I would recommend this company and consider buying from them again in the future.

I decided on the 7" twin mattress for my 3 year old. It is very comfortable, not too firm, perfect for our son. It would be perfect for my husband and I in a larger size. It came on time and I had no problems ordering or with the delivery. My only complaint is that it has a very strong odor. I tend to have a very sensitive nose and sometimes that works against me. I can smell the odor on my sons PJs in the morning as well. He has been sleeping on it for about one week and I keep hoping it will fade. Not so far...

I did a lot of research on non-toxic mattress materials before deciding to purchase from My Green Mattress - i.e. type of latex, type of wool, whether or not the wool was sourced from the USA and therefore not sprayed with pesticides at customs). I wanted to make sure I wasn't being "green washed" by false claims. I am very happy with the quality, the price and the comfort of my new Natural Escape mattress for my daughter. She is sleeping better than ever and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one for other family members in the future. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the factory is not solely dedicated to manufacturing non-toxic mattresses, so there is some potential for cross-contamination, but in this case I choose to not let the perfect be the enemy of the good. This is a great non-toxic mattress at price I can afford.
