Great customer service! Had some questions before I ordered and was directed to the best mattress for me plus when I e-mailed to say the tracking showed no shipment, they checked into it and the tracking had changed and gave me the update...good thing because fed-ex actually had it as delivered but they decided not to leave it due to rain so I was able to contact them and they delivered it that very day! So as to the mattress...I got the Natural Escape in Queen size. At first I wasn't thrilled about it being compressed but it opened fully up right away. The only negative is that because of the compression it was a little twisted so hopefully that doesn't compromise anything down the road. So far it is fairly comfortable - I say that only because I know there is an adjustment with new mattresses and I've only had it a short time so it's not my dream mattress from the git-go but I have noticed my shoulder pain is somewhat reduced. All in all, after going through half a dozen mattress thus far, I would definitely recommend giving My Green Mattress a try!

Good first impression - the mattress feels lovely (firm in a good way). It smells slightly sheepy, but also in a good way.

I was skeptical of buying a matress online. We bought 2 9rganic latex mattresses for our 2 and 4 year olds. They came within about 5 days. I often end up in the bed with the kids for a long period and i have to say, it's a good mattress. We ordered firm and truly it's the firmest mattress I've ever touched, but still I feel comfortable on my back/stomach. Sides are ok, but a softer mattress should do the trick. We are considering a king for hubby and I. I like knowing that there is no dangerous off-gassing (we currently own a tempurpedic). Overall, I think we will adjust even more with time and perhaps the bed will soften just a little with time. The smell is stronger than I expected, I think it may be the wool. Sometimes it smells faintly like a wet mammal.

matress is great for not waking up with allergies.my only probem is too firm for me id place it at a 9 on the firmess scale not 6.5.but husband loves it.so if u prefer a little softer u will need to purchase a nice soft thick matress topper.

Five stars so far for bed comfort and no offgassing at all. But minus 1 almost 2 stars for ordering a bed online. This is not full service from a retailer who comes in and sets up your bed, removes the packaging and potentially hails your old one away. This mattress was over 100 lbs and comes by FedEx. The FedEx person would not deliver it to my front door because there are 12 steps. So I had to hire help to get it up the stairs and into my room since I couldn't manage 100 lbs myself.

We purchased their 9" latex mattress but unfortunately it was too firm for us. We are side sleepers and since the Dunlop latex is so dense it didn't provide the pressure point relief we were hoping for. We had trouble finding a local charity or organization in our area that accepts mattress donations. My Green Mattress was very helpful with trying to find a solution for us and within a reasonable timeframe. Great company with a solid reputation and very friendly staff. Excellent quality in the materials used and beautiful craftmanship. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a firm latex mattress!

So far I really like my mattress. It does have a smell to it at first but it seems to be going away. Day 3 and its still there but much less. I love that I am not sleeping on a bunch of flame retardants. Thank you.

It took more than a week for the sheep smell to disappear from the mattress, the smell also triggered allergy symptoms. Order was easy. Delivery was within a week but it was difficult to track when it was shipped and date of delivery. Mattress itself is very comfortable and hopefully the sheep smell is gone. I recommend jumping up and down on the mattress to release any bad air, and using activated carbon.
