I was very nervous to buy a mattress online. The mattress arrived in about a week. We let it air out some because some of the reviews had mentioned a smell. I didn’t notice a strong smell and I am pregnant with a strong odor detection. We ordered the simple sleep in medium firm. It worked great for my husband but I kept having difficulties with my shoulder going numb. I contacted the company and they had great suggestions. It ultimately didn’t work out for my body type, but the customer service was amazing through the entire process. They came and picked up the mattress and submitted a refund quickly. I am very impressed with the company and wish the mattress would have been a better fit for my body.

We had a great experience in the store, they were able to answer all of our questions. We have purchased two mattresses from them now, and we are completely satisfied with both. Plus, the mattresses are at a great price compared to similar mattresses at other places. I highly recommend.

The mattresses arrived within a week of ordering them -- clearly these were made just for us. The staff was very helpful when I initially contacted them to ask about using their mattresses on a hospital bed and advising about mattress covers.

I shopped for a bed-in-the-box for almost a year. So many choices and so many different opinions. The measure of the quality of the My Green Mattress Natural Escape mattress is now after 5 months, I have not had a single thought: "Perhaps I should have bought another mattress." My Green Mattress is the best mattress I have ever owned. For us, it is the perfect balance of firmness and give. You won't sink into the mattress but you will not be sleeping on a hard surface either. And to top it all off, no chemicals either. Initially, there will be a pleasant farm smell from the wool but that will fade in a few weeks. Do your research before you buy. This is truly an all natural mattress unlike the memory foam mattresses that despite their industry certification are manufactured with dubious chemicals.
