I had a good experience. They forgot my mattress cover in the original order but once I notified them, they got it out right away. Pick up of my old mattress was seamless.

This is my third purchase after buying safe mattresses for my children and I'm very happy. After sinking into my old foam mattress for years we've decided to make the switch. The satisfaction guarantee have me confidence that I'd be able to return my purchase if it didn't work out. It took maybe two weeks before we were 100% in love with our sleep. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I don't hear my husband snoring at night anymore. It's definitely not a coincidence that I don't wake up with lower back or neck pain anymore. We are give fans of the entire experience.

I had researched natural fiber organic mattresses for several years before I finally decided to purchase a queen Natural Escape model. My only concern prior to receiving the mattress was firmness. I like a firm mattress and the Natural Escape did not disappoint. It was comfortable from the first night.

I love this mattress so much! We’ve had our king size for years now and we still crawl into bed each night talking about how comfortable we are. I just purchased the twin for our daughter and it’s just as wonderful. I feel so good about the materials, where it’s made, and the price is actually better than all the other natural mattresses I looked into. It arrived with virtually zero smell, except for a faint lovely wool smell. I’m really sensitive to chemical smells and it was such a relief to not have that smell. So, so happy with our purchases! Planning to buy more for our other children. Ps… I never write reviews! I’m a busy mom of six but I’m just so thankful for this mattress company, I felt I had to :)

The packaging delivery was good. It had no off gassing or smell. The materials appear high quality and natural as promised. It is firm and supportive. Exactly what I wanted and needed at an excellent price. My back has been grateful
