About My Green Mattress

My Green Mattress was founded by Tim Masters. Tim is an experienced businessman, master craftsman, and devoted family man. Tim's daughter, Emily, inspired him to expand his offerings to include all natural mattresses. Shortly after Emily was born, it was apparent that she suffered from eczema and allergies. Tim and his wife, Cindy, took Emily to see the best pediatric dermatologists, but also did their own research and found that all-natural products could help alleviate Emily’s symptoms.Tim realized it was time to offer all-natural mattresses to his customers, and rushed to put one in his daughter’s crib. Emily is now sleeping on a twin-size, all-natural mattress handcrafted by her Dad. She is a happy, healthy little girl that loves to play with her three sisters, Rylee, Madelyn, Megan, and with her brother, Kyle.Tim began working as an apprentice at family-owned, Quality Sleep Shop, that was established in 1968. As an apprentice, Tim mastered the art of mattress making. He eventually bought the business, and has expanded it with the addition of the My Green Mattress division to keep up with the ever changing needs of his customers.

very pleased so far
We haven’t been able to use the mattress yet as our little bundle of joy hasn’t been born yet, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the mattress and quick shipping so far. Most importantly, I feel confident about our decision and knowing our baby won’t be sleeping amongst toxic materials.

One of the few reputable mattress…
One of the few reputable mattress companies out there, product is incredible, honest, well-made. This industry is full of marketing and b.s. to distract you from the core things - what is it made of. MGM doesn't sacrifice on any of these things. Check out mattressunderground for more good info on this industry and why MGM rocks!

These are extremely well made…
These are extremely well made mattresses! The most comfortable we've ever owned, and most importantly to me is the fact they don't contain harmful substances, and no odors, which I am very sensitive to. We would not hesitate to purchase again, and have already recommended them to others. My husband and I are well pleased with our purchase!

I love our mattress and topper
I love our mattress and topper. I have a bad back, and it has helped a lot. I love that I don't need to worry about any harmful out-gassing with our little baby sleeping about a foot away in his crib. The customer service has been very good. I am pleased with this purchase and will likely purchase another couple of mattresses in the future for our bigger kids.

Our mattress arrived in perfect shape …
Our mattress arrived in perfect shape and was immediately installed in my son’s room. It has a very subtle smell that is clean and natural and doesn’t bother my sensitive nose one bit. The mattress is beautiful and clearly excellent quality and my son has been sleeping soundly since we got it. I have too, knowing that he’s on a mattress that is healthy for his growing body! We’re very happy we got the double sided mattress for both comfort and longevity.
