I know firmness preference is extremely relative, but I was initially shocked and disappointed with how firm this was. I've come around. Despite the firmness, I've always slept very soundly on this mattress.

I love that it is 100% natural truly. Customer service was great. But my first delivery was wrong. Neither box that I received had "my green mattress" on it. Overall I am pleased with my purchase!

We LOVE our greenmattress! High Quality materials, absolutely no off-gasing and great customer service. The pure-echo mattress is pretty hard...we bought for my 3 yr. old who I'm sure would've been ok in it, but since I often end up sleeping next to her due to her new fear of the dark, I realized how firm it really is ;) Instead of exchanging for the "escape" mattress, the company helped us get the natural latex topper. This topper definitely helped add a little cushion. Overall we are very happy and looking to get the "Escape" down the road for my husband and I :)

love the product, love the ecologically safe and earth friendly materials and methods, the mattress itself is a little smaller than the description and boy is it heavy!! I have the pure latex with wool batting. It is firm but we love it!

Pro: lovely mattress that exceeded my expectations in comfort. Excellent price! Con: delivery was a nightmare. FedEx dropped it and fell on a snow bank at my entrance. It took 4 adults to move it out and into the landing. Then 3 adults to barely heave it up one flight of stairs. (It’s a king). I had asked customer service about this and they calmly replied that “two able-bodied adults could easily carry it upstairs “. Not so. I wish they had the option for in-house delivery and set up for an extra cost. I would have paid it in a heartbeat. Countless hours of research finally led me to mygreenmattress. I was between Avocado and them. Mygreenmattress won due to cost. I was apprehensive for the same reason. However the mattress has turned out to be fantastic! We’ve had it for two weeks and I couldn’t be more delighted. We prefer a firm surface but with bounce and contour. Mygreenmattress fulfills this perfectly. Our current setup is a king mattress on the floor for myself, my husband, and my toddler. My only issue at the moment is finding the right mattress protector to not spoil the effect of the lovely latex layer. I hate the plastic rustling of the poly layer of the protectors. I contacted customer service with this issue and they quickly suggested two: Naturepedic which has poly plastic and costs $250+ and another one on Amazon for $90 that seems to have no plastic backing. Loved their attention to my small concern. Probably I’ll get a wool topper and a protector to make it all overall more comfortable. We’ll see.

We have been very pleased with this mattress. Shipped quickly, easy to unroll on our boxspring, no odor at all which was significant. It is firmer than our previous mattress (as expected), which took me a few days to adjust to but now I have been sleeping great. I do wish there was a slightly less firm option, hence the 4 stars. (My husband loved it from day 1!)

Great mattresses and came quickly. Ordered the latex mattress in firm and also an organic cotton mattress and they were a bit firm for me but my kids love them and I feel good about them not having all of the toxic chemicals.
