The ordering process and shipping were great. However I purchased the one sided echo twin mattress for my spare bedroom and it is supposed to be a 7 out of 10 for firmness according to the company, but while I definitely prefer a firm bed (and also have a Stearns and Foster luxury firm mattress and I would rate that one a 7 of 10), I’d rate the echo mattress a 9 of 10 (it was a 10 out of 10 out of the box but softened up a little bit after a few weeks use). I am looking for solutions to soften it up more, but by the time I potentially purchase an expensive topper to help, the cost will end up in a place where I would have just bought something else. Green Mattress does offer a topper, but even when discounted it is very pricey, so looking elsewhere and trying to keep it “green”

The mattress is nice. However, the company doesn't have their own shipping company. The mattress was shipped by FEDEX. They left it in front of your house. You have to do the rest like moving the new one to the bedroom, then wrapping and removing the old one yourself.

I purchased the Natural Escape Mattress and a Latex topper in September 2017. It's now late February 2018. I have moderate MCS (chemical sensitivity) and was looking for a mattress that wouldn't have any odors. While the Natural Escape may be one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever laid on, and the owners and customer service are sooo nice, I wouldn't recommend this mattress if you consider yourself chemically sensitive or odor sensitve. The mattress has been off-gassing in a guest room for 5 1/2 months and the strong odor of both the natural wool and latex are dominating the room. My stepkids have slept in there without any problem, though when asked they did tell me they could smell the mattress. But I myself am unable to sleep on it because the smells have not dissipated at all. It doesn't smell like a typical non-natural mattress, it's just that the natural smells are so intense I can't take them.. I wish the company would offer a version of the mattress with wool that's been processed more to remove the smell. And I'm not sure why the latex still has this odor but it seems to be an issue with many latex products, not just mygreenmattress. A few years ago, I did successfully purchase an organic cotton and wool mattress from a custom mattress maker in NJ and I was able to sleep on that from Day 1 without a problem. Of course that mattress did not have any latex or the comfort factor that mygreenmattress has.

The stitching was undone in three places. Would have expected that to have been caught before being sent out to me. :(

I ordered two of this mattress for my 5 years old twins. They came quick, one was damaged. I emailed customer service they responded very quick and replaced it quickly. However, after my daughters (both weigh less than 40 pounds) slept on it for a week, I was changing the sheets, I noticed the mattress pressed down in the area where they sleep. Then my husband slept on one of thr beds last night he said the mattress is extremely uncomfortable and he woke up with back .... Will give it another month...

Customer service is mostly good, but the products were hard as a rock. I had wanted the softer mattress, but the sales guys talked me into the harder one. He said children need firm beds. I was worried it would be too hard for her to sleep, so he mentioned I could exchange it. She couldn't sleep on it well. I tried it, and it hurt me to sleep on it for even a few hours. When I went to exchange it, they told me the rule is they send the new one when I donate the old one. Since my daughter can't go without a bed, I decided to try the topper instead of exchanging. The topped was terrible. I plan to return the topper, but I waited too late to return the mattress. I really wish I had understood how firm they were before I bought it. I would purchase a plush mattress from them if they made one in the future.

The mattress is attractive. The covering his very nice feels good smells great. I’m just not sure it’s supportive enough for me. My pelvis feels good shoulders feel great but my low back has been bothering me. Started using it Two weeks ago. Trying to give it a good trial.

Very comfortable but strong persistent odor even after airing it outside in the sun for days as recommended
