I ordered two twin xl simple latex mattresses and two rwin xl latex toppers (2") to be placed next to each other as a king. The company was nice to give me their sale discount even thou I ordered 1 day to late. Disapointed in the mattresses that the stitching is sloppy and the inner stitching was undone when unpackaging one off the mattress. I have later discovered it on the second mattress as well. Also the sides are kind of uneven. One of the mattress had a horrible harch smell that lasted for over 3 weeks, slowly gone away. One mattress had less of a smell. The toppers are so uneven on the edges, seems the person who sewed them were in a hurry or didnt like his job. Stitching is overlapping and sinch a big part is just compressed with this stitching it doesnt really work for us to place the two twin xl as one king. I was debating to replace to a king topper and would if the stitching was sot so sloppy made. The feel of the mattresses and the topper together is really nice. Customer service I find could be a bit better. I asked in an email about our trial and to explain in case we like to send the mattresses back and didnt hear back. When i asked about the stitching that had come undone, they stated this was not affecting the mattress itself.

Mattress definitely has odor. Trying to air out. Smells like hay or barnyard.

Its way to hard it hurts my back i had to get a pillow topper for it

Ordered the mattress after much researching. Fast shipping. Mattress arrived rolled up. Unrolled it easily. The mattress was beautiful. Sleep was a complete fail. Mattress was hard as a rock. Was very uncomfortable and had no support. Not what was described online. My husband and I agreed it was not for us the very next day. Customer service was good. They tell you to donate the mattress to a local charity and send a copy of the donation receipt then they will refund your money. What they don't tell you online and upfront with their 100 day policy is they charge a $99 return fee. I really wanted this bed to work. There was no smell of off-gassing which was a big reason for buying.

Besides not being firm enough, it changed shape after a few months.
