Hi, D.L. We're sorry to hear that you're not having a favorable experience with your new mattress. The wool is washed once with a non-toxic soap to help combat the natural odors, however there are cases where the wool can still carry the natural odor once the mattress is received. Airing it out should help quickly dissipate any smells, however if you're finding there to be an issue please reach out to us directly and let us know so that we can address your concerns for you. Hi, Giorgia. We're sorry to hear that you're finding the Natural Escape too firm. We don't have any record of you contacting us with regard to firmness, but we are absolutely here to help you. Although firmness is subjective, we do base our opinions on firmness on our own impressions as well as the feedback of countless other customers. All of our certifications can be found online, but if you're finding difficulty in locating something please let us know and we can help direct you. Our mattresses are not made with built in toppers, however there is always the option of adding one should you require or prefer a softer feel. With regard to sizing, because our mattresses are handmade there is a slight variance in sizing - and this is stated on our website on each product page where we list dimensions and weights. Once bedding is added, the difference is negligible. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to work with you to try and make you more comfortable. We'll be on the look out for an email! Sheri, We apologize that you were unhappy with your mattress purchase. Your comments are unfortunate as our beds do not contain chemicals, but we do welcome anyone with chemical sensitivities to give us a call for any clarifications as we do cater to many customers with a variety of health issues and special requirements who are sleeping very happily and healthfully on our mattresses.

Hi, Jung. The natural materials that are used in our mattresses can, in rare cases, carry natural smells - due to either the organic cotton, the natural Eco-wool and the organic latex. If you have tried airing it out and you are still finding that it isn't helping, you are 100% covered by our sleep trial. I have checked and we appear to already be in contact with you prior to your review. Please give us a chance to make it right for you!

Hi, Bella. We are sorry to hear that you have not been in love with your mattresses. Our 100 Night Risk Free Sleep Trial helps give you, the customer, time to determine if our mattresses are a fit for you and to request a return or exchange. This also allows us to get invaluable feedback from our customers. We hadn't heard from you on any of your issues until a year after your purchase. Unfortunately we can not process a return a year after purchase, however when you called us we did offer you a new mattress at cost as we definitely do not want you sleeping on a mattress you're not comfortable with. We do apologize for the issue with the law label again, and as we explained previously it was a mistake with packaging and had you contacted us earlier with this as well as the other issues you're having we would have most certainly rushed a replacement out to you. If you'd like to take advantage of the offer we extended for a new mattress please do give us a call. Again we are very sorry that you're displeased with the process to date but we hope you understand our position in that we can not process a return for a mattress that you've had for over a year.
