This minimalist pool cue wall rack is exactly what I was looking for. It holds two of my playing cues, my break cue and jump cue, as well as an extra set of pool balls, and is a nice accent on my wall. It's made out of real wood, which is much better than a lot of the engineered wood racks that I've seen. I would definitely recommend this to any pool player looking to elevate their pool table area without taking up too much space.

A return request was submitted more than a week ago but as of today, there has been no response from the company.

The gift for my daughter came on time and was in perfect condition. She loves it and put her vintage jewelry on the "branches" and her earring studs in the "nest" portion.

Everything I have ordered has been exceptional! I will be ordering often. Awesome products!

It's been over a month and still haven't received my order. Got one email from customer service but then they went silent. The USPS label says still waiting for shipping but got an email that was delivered. Overall very poor customer service, have sent repeated emails and no reply.

Very disappointed. I’m trying to return my products that I ordered and I can’t get ahold of any customer representative to process the return. I sent an email on Monday and on Wednesday. I tried calling today and their voicemail says their phone line is closed and to send an email and a rep will be in contact within 24 hours, but that’s obviously not the case.

The items were received but the rope handles were not what was photographed. They were poor quality, cheap jute. Also, one of the screws to affix the wheels to the base was missing.
