well I'm not happy with the service charges, it said zero this zero that in Honda application and then and now I'm getting charged with a hundred and something dollars for service yearly services. if I known that I would have never signed up for the card

They hung up the phone on me when I asked his name. Boy he has a temper. I guess he doesn't want any responsibility/accountability. Terrible customer service! He didn't have knowledge and patient. I didn't like the tone of his voice and his attitude. This is not acceptable.
