Hello, I am absolutely well pleased and Happy with Fortiva especially with their Customer Service Department because they were super professional and helped me get a few issues that I had in the very beginning of my new enrollment with them when I got my new card from them I was in the process of getting a new phone and a new phone number with my new Galaxy Fold 8 Ultra the reason I did it was to get a big discount on the phone and I had to get in touch with Fortiva and ask them to change and update my new information of changing my new phone number and also I changed my email address and my physical address as well and I was doing all of this with in the first week of enrollment which you can see what they (Fortiva) was probably thinking about this LoL Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha 🤣 they was thinking that we've got a scammer or something along those lines and let me tell you that when it comes to our security as customers with our information Fortiva doesn't play cuz they had me first take a selfie with me holding up my drivers license and social security card and then take a picture of a current bill that comes to my house and the same exact address that I'm asking for them to change it to for proof of what I was asking which I totally understand and was happy to do and the main reason I was needing my address changed was because the computer for what ever reason put the wrong name of the area of the city in which I live cuz it does it by zip code and this had nothing to do with Fortiva it was the maps of Google I guess I mean it got everything else correct but the physical city was the only thing that was wrong but Fortiva after I proved to them I was who I was saying I was did they go in my information and correct it all and that got me to thinking that if they were doing this as a procedure of routine to scan people to make sure they are who they say they are then I'm absolutely with a Awesome company and I am super happy to be with Fortiva and also I was treated like a customer should be treated And I truly want to Thank You Fortiva For Everything That You Do For Me And I Look Forward To Doing Business With You In The Future Sincerely Michael Brown and God Bless 🙏✝️✝️✝️🙏

The app and website seem to have issues a lot so I am not able to log in for balance or payments. I was able to handle the payment over the phone though.
