Malcolm was very professional in assisting me in making flight reservation and went over and above to correct a flight that I had made myself, he took the time to correct my errors. In addition Malcom found a way to extend my stay at the all inclusive resort I had booked when my check out date was one day before my flights were leaving. I am very thankful for Malcom's expertise in a matter I know little about. I will be sure to use his knowledge in the future for my travels.

Cliff was absolutely incredible. So attentive, quick, helpful, and kind.

John took all my information quickly. He had to call me back within 45 minutes to an hour & he called back within a 1/2 hour. Very quick!! He did everything I asked. Was very helpful. Thank you John. Gaylene Wakeman

Cliff has been extremely helpful. I was in a complex situation with multiple bookings that were changed last minute. Cliff was courteous, professional and made my rebooking experience easy, every step of the way.

I spoke with Nathan Anderson and he was great to deal with. Very professional and extremely helpful while booking our flights.

I called in with a last minute change because of weather and changed my destination Allan was able to get me a credit and find flights and hotel and spend the time needed to complete the job and after hours on top of that gave me a number to call if I have any problems while wasn’t at work!! Very thankful
