We met and what immediately put me at ease was his knowledge and history of the watch and you can just the feel the passion he had for these watches. He provided very detailed information and for someone like me who never makes a big purchase immediately, I bought the watch on the spot! I had some issue with the casing which WK took back and had the watch fixed and returned swiftly. I did not expect that level of service from a reseller but was pleasantly impressed and grateful for his after sales service which was top notch.
