I needed help immediately due to an impending move. However, the manner in which the tech set up the program screwed it when we moved . Unlike the tech's opinion, Verizon immediately dropped our email since they do not service this area. The two emails should have been kept separately not tied together or at least that is what I was led to believe happened. Fortunately, a member of our family, who lives close by, helped us out and got our situation straightened around. However, the Verizon account continues to cause us program when attempting to do certain functions. I probably would not be inclined to use the service again unless I could be convinced the information given was accurate.

The service provided was great and knowing I can phone at any time is a plus!

Have not had it long enough to really know.

So far I have had a good experience with My Fast PC.
