after two tries the problem was fixed. i could not log on to my gmail. it was fixed but after a week i had the same problem back. my fast pc gave me a two week guarantee and lucky for me the repeat problem came back before the two week period, it has been about a month now and everything is fine. the only thing is that i had too pay two hundred dollars for something that was fixed over the phone,25% the price of my lab top if the problem did not show up before two weeks it would have been another $200.00 over all i need my computer and access to my mail.
