I felt that the man, Jason, who led me through a maze of misunderstandings with my computer, was able to quell the demons inside. my box and saved my computer from the junkyard. He was helpful and and kind and I would be hard pressed to say anything negative about my experience with him. He was kind and supportive and answered my sophomoric questions without making me feel embarrassed, He needs a raise! thank you! .

this was a first time experience of dealing with computer service that honestly identified the problems and security issues. My prior experiences had been with the heavy accent folks that cause the problems and then imbed duplicate malware to prove their need. Happy to have honest help in these shark infested areas.

The My Fast PC folks knew aout Macs and were very patient and thorough. I anticipate better computer usage, but if there are problems I feel comfortable calling them and asking for help. Thanks to Carson and Jason for their professional help.
