It was to the point nothing I tried on my computer worked. Being of the older generation I was absolutely frustrated to the point I thought maybe I should completely stop using my computer all together. Thanks to the personal conversation with a gentleman by the name of Carey from CCleaner.com he has completely cleaned my computer to the point I can use it again with great confidence. The staff looked thoroughly through my files and found problems that eventually would cause bigger problems. They explained the process of cleaning up my files and how they were going to proceed. They were always courteous and helpful. They called me periodically while the clean up was in process to verify information and let me know what they were doing to fix it. I was given a full report by the tech. It was done in a very efficient manner. It was well worth the money. My PC is working much more efficient now.
