I found the initial person I talked to was easy to communicate with, was patient, and explained clearly what his company could do. The technician worked for 2 hours and took care of my computer problems, which included a virus, or malware.

I have used other support companies in the past and figured My Fast PC would be like any other company. They are the best company I have ever used.
