All of the young men that I dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to me. They were very kind when I was slower than they and should the occasion arise again, I would not hesitate to call them.

These people know what they are doing and they do it well. It is well worth the fee they charge to have the knowledge that they protect your data and stand ready to assist with any problems.

I have had the service for some time now and I really depend on it. I have really only the desire to have the internet and e-mail ( I am 77) but some time it doesn't work. When that happens I get on the the service and tey fix it right up. Great for me
