I want you all to know how very much I appreciated Tharon and Dahlin's thoughtfulness and kindness as we chatted about what needed to be done to make my computer "work"!!!! I do believe that they both need a raise or a bonus!!!!! Anyway, thank so much for all the work that Dahlin did to make my computer "new" again. After worrying and fretting about when I would be able to use my computer I was fortunate enough to get hooked up with Tech Support who explained in great detail what was being done to with my computer and, with great patience, answered questions I would ask when I didn't quite understand of certain words or procedures. My day was made when my contact list was restored which somehow had disappeared. Sincere thanks for the great support. Bruno Pardini
