KAYLA B. IS A WIZARD (ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL) as a TEACHER, AS WELL AS A PROBLEM SOLVER = THANK YOU, KAYLA!
I really appreciate all the help that KAYLA gave me, both in fixing the problems I was having with my computer, as well as showing me what I either did not know, or had forgotten, in using this new software, Windows 8. (quite different from the other softwares that i have used thru the years!). One great thing about Kayla is that she helped me to feel OK about what I did not know, and helped me to relax and to make quick mental notes as we talked, and as she helped me to fix the problems, as well as giving me the opportunity to correct my mistakes (and learn from my errors). Actually, my confidence level rose, and I even felt better about Windows 8!. In SUMMARY, I feel really good about her instructions, her help and her great Attitude!!! MANY THANKS TO KAYLA - i HOPE THAT NEXT TIME I HAVE ANY COMPUTER PROBLEMS, HOPEFULLY KAYLA WILL BE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST ME.
