What a great bunch of consultains willing to take the time to help a NON Computer person through the process of getting my computer back on line and working correctly. Walking me step by step through the fix. Helping to give me a better understanding of how and why fixing the computer was so important. As a Mac user it can be very difficult to except the fact that your computer has been invaded by Malware. I'm older and new to the world of computers. Kenny and Brandon were awesome! They cleaned up my old computer and it has never run better! I was a little leery at first, but they reassured me, showed me their written guarantee and I fell very safe with the results. They even called me back to walk through what had been done!! Thank you!!
