The process of the cleanup was good. I now feel I can access my e-mail and browser without any problems that they have cleaned up for me. I have the confidence of calling them for any problems I may have such as remembering everything they have told me. They were patient with me as to telling me everything even with my interruptions I had. I do that out of nervousness I had.

Everything was explained to my satisfaction time will tell how well it works

you should try them they were real helpfull and kind ..more people should be as kind and helpfull as they were. they did a great job answering my questions and showing me what they did for me.. they are my hero,s

The employees John And Martha were really easy to talk to and walked me through the process of cleaning my computer. My skills are rather rusty and they were patient and knowledgeable in their services! Thanx
