I beleiveit helped my computers speed, however I experienced a few of the same problems shortly after. The work is only good for 14 days, and was rather expensive for such a short time frame. I expected the work to be good for at least 30 days.

The techs whom I spoke with were somewhat arrogant, but they fixed my problem for a while. However, after the two week time that I had to fix additional problems without a charge, my original problem returned. When I called the number for Fast Pace there was some deal offered, unrelated to my concern. Then I was quickly told to hang up. I could not get in touch with Fast Pace. So I feel that I was duped.

Your company provided a service when I needed it. The pitch for continuing service was misleading and the three day time limit for cancellation to short to evaluate the program and the cancellation cost excessive.. I am sorry I signed up for it. I would not recommend this program

I have given up on this "dinosaur". I've bought a HP laptop to replace it. Now just to get everything switched from the "dinosaur" to the laptop. Hopefully I will be able to zip along the net now.
