My computer was completely locked up and I was unable to do anything. I contacted My Fast PC and within a few hours all files were cleaned, all malicious software removed and my computer had a complete checkup and cleanup. It runs much faster now. I am so happy that I didn't have to find someone to take it to, undo everything and lug it to the shop and wait several days for it to be fixed. I am very happy with the service of My Fast PC and will use again if the need arises.

I have relied on Chat to assist me in guarding against the hacking that had previously occurred with my e-mail. I was extremely frustrated with my computer. It was acting like it had a mind of its own, and I am not a computer savvy person! I found My Fast PC on the internet and called. They discovered that I was a victim of malware, and proceeded to address that, clean my computer, delete files that were not needed and suggested how I should follow-up with my hardware needs. They were very friendly and explained things in language I could understand. They called with updates when I was told they would. My Fast PC is a life saver for me. No matter how small problem is they always respond quickly to my request for help. My experience has always been a knowledgeable, patient technician responds to my request on line. Once I give him permission to go into my computer he works quietly to diagnose my problem. My computer is not usually tied up very and I can leave the computer and do other things while he is working. When he is finished he gives me a call and tells me what he has done and walks me through any changes I should make in accessing my computer. Thank you My Fast PC.
