I came upon your program today by accident. My grandson was trying to connect to Minecraft. So glad I did. My computer has been a mess lately. My husband recently passed away so I no longer have him to help me. The staff has been unbelievably patient with me. They really know their stuff. They have been so polite and helpful. They are well worth the money and I know I can reach you guys and girls anytime. Thank you so much.

Aaron did a great job repairing and cleaning up our computer. He used his remote access to our PC and quickly resolved our problems. Aaron is both professional and courteous, delivering excellent customer service. I especially appreciated that he explained what he was doing and why. He gave us a warranty in case we have any problems in the near future and also connected our printer which we had not been able to use. I would recommend Aaron and his company to anyone I know.
