Today I had the good fortune of meeting two outstanding representatives of the help fast service, what can I say! Thank you to both men, Rhett and Dahlin. Rhett walked me thru the problems I was having with my lap top as well as determining why I could not sign on or open mail. I had contracted malawar in my networks. Dahlin called back and spent two hours cleaning out the system, installed new security and explained what to do if there was any further problem. He also installed new icons to make reaching web sites easier and a faster way to contact help fast. The help offered and given as well as the phone numbers were provided. I hope that all techs associated with help fast are as pleasant, knowledgeable and patience as these two gentlemen. Both were sincere and concerned about all the virus/malwar that was in my mail and then the laptop. Five stars are not enough, they both deserve ten and a bonus in their pay. I was very pleased with the service I received today from 2 young men, Kenneth and Dahlan They were both well mannered, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and very clear and helpful in their instructions. I was particularly pleased that they were patient with me. Clearing up a severe problem I have had for some time was simple and it seems to be thoroughly done. I am very grateful to both of them. I would give them both a 5 star rating and would definitely recommend this company.
