My Fast PCReviews of myfastpc.com

This so needed clean-up of my computer was easy. Done in a very short span of time and worth it. Do not hesitate to use Fast PC if you every have a problem with your computer. I was amazed at the time it took which happened in just a couple of hours and I did not have to move out of the house and take it somewhere else which would, for me be a real inconvenience. Thanks Fast PC and also like the fact that I can go on-line whenever I may have another issue and the response would be quick and efficient. Thanks again for your help. pat in Florida

I panic when things mess up on my computer, so when I acquired your service, it gave me much relief when you fixed the problem for me

The technicians were very polite, courteous, helpful, and worked for hours checking/fixing my computers. I have nothing negative to say about these technicians. I enjoyed working with them. Judy Kaye Kirk

I was online for over 5 hours with Verizon and transferred to 8 separate reps. One call to My Fast PC and my E-mail issue was Identified and corrected and the malware removed from the system. Worth every penny!

I am a beginner, now i feel like a pro

The service person was extremely professional and patient with me. I'm not that familiar with some of the PC lingo, but the person used words that were easy to follow and understand. The service provided exactly the "clean-up" work that they promised. My PC works well now. Only negative thing: A little "pricy" service for me.

I talked to three different people during my service call. All three were very helpful. I appreciated that I was handed off to someone who had expertise on Macs. When I apologized for my lack of knowledge, the response was 'no worries'. I wasn't made to feel inferior because I didn't understand something. Things were explained to me in terms that I could understand. I'm so glad to have my computer cleaned up!

this is my first experience with myfast and i am very satisfied with the help i have recd.
