If I could rate it less than”1” I would! They are obviously SCAMMERS! When I found out they were a scam, I notified them within 3 days that I wanted to cancel my order. They wouldn’t do it. 10 days later I still don’t have the sweatshirt I ordered and their tracking link that they provide doesn’t work! It’s nothing but problems with them! I don’t even want the product now if it does show up at some later date, which I doubt! I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank and all their bad Reviews will serve as evidence of their scam!

I hate to even give this company a 1. After 6 weeks and never receiving my order, I began to ask for a refund. They agreed to give me a refund-less shipping cost and some fee for their product loss! What reasonable company would even make such an offer!!! DO NOT ORDER from this company. I think the whole thing must be a scam!!! Thank goodness I used my Discover card to pay and they refunded my money!

Absolutely terrible customer service. My items came and they are the worst quality. Worse than temu But four times the price. I spent over $208 and the most they're willing to refund me is like $24 after going back and forth about 20 times. Absolutely ridiculous. The sizing is off, some of them are really short and wide and some of them are just massive even though they are all the same size. Very frustrating. Took 5 weeks to get and definitely are not made in America as they came from way way overseas.

I wanted to give 0 stars but that is not an option. I ordered 4 shirts from them as they said they were from Tennessee and would receive in 5 to 7 days. Which I thought was perfect. Boy that was so wrong the shirts were shipped from overseas and took over a month to get here. I had been in contact with them many times to question what was taking so long for shipping to update and there were excuses ever time. The emails from the so called customer service team were so canned there was nothing on the emails stating who the emails were from only "Customer Service Team" no name of the person sending it and there was no info on the emails with the company name. Once I received the shirts they were very cheap quality and we did not want them and wanted to return. They would not give the address to send that and was told it was going to be too expensive to send back. and they offered me $15 to keep the shirts and it was not $15 a shirt it was only $15 for all for shirts I spent about $110 for the 4 shirts. I told them that was not acceptable and again asked for the address and this has gone on for 2 weeks and I still have no address to return the shirts to. I told them to give me the address for returns and let me make the decision if it will cost too much to return. On the last email they offered me $33 total for the shirts. What a joke they had no problem taking my money and now they won't let me return my shirts and get my money back. They have left me no option but to file a complaint with my credit card company. Since saying that to them it has been crickets from them. No response to the last email telling them this.

I never received my items. Ordered in September and nothing. Tried logging into my account and they locked me out.

The order took several MONTHS to arrive. The quality of the clothing is beyond cheap and they will not accept returns. But they will offer a few dollars back. We spent almost $70. and they offered us $6. Total rip-off. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered my product 7 weeks ago from this company and never received the shirts. I emailed the company numerous times, only to be told my order was in transit. The last email I received said my order was sent to the wrong address and that it was my fault for giving the wrong address! They said I would receive a refund, but since I was responsible for the error and as they stated, "I would have to pay more money and all the shipping cost." I realized then I had been scammed. I'm contacting my credit card company to hopefully reverse the charges.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! NEVER RECEIVED ITEMS ORDERED. CONTACTED THEM, EVEN THE TRACKING INFO DIDN'T CORRELATE WITH THE FALSE DELIVERY DATE. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT BOGUS COMPANY. THEY ARE RIPPING OFF MEGA DOLLARS FROM EVERYONE!!!
