I ordered an “in stock” product on Dec 5th thinking in stock meant I would see it within 20 days. I thought wrong. It’s now the 21st and it is still sitting in China. I emailed them about it asking if it would be here by Christmas or I would like a refund. I got the robo response of please wait and your product will ship soon.

Friendly and helpful customer service! I order a cat carrier pouch on Nov 2, and it started taking too long for it to arrive. When I checked the tracking code a few weeks later it said it was delivered. However, I had not received my package. I checked with all my neighbors and they did not know what I was talking about. I contacted the customer service of the shop, and they were very friendly. At first, they asked me to check my local post office. It wasn't there and I decided to wait for a week. Maybe it was a mistake. A week later, my package was nowhere to be found, so I got in touch with the customer service department again. They suggested to send me a new one, but I requested a refund because I preferred to just go to my local pet shop and buy another brand I saw a few days earlier. They were very helpful and understood that I did not want to wait. The refund was issued immediately. I give them 5 stars for the way they handled the whole situation and for their friendliness.

Jeg blev lokket af reklame på Facebook. Websiten viste ikke tydeligt at produktet ville blive sendt fra USA. Jeg valgte deres engelske side. Jeg betalte også i pund og først da jeg fik ordrebekræftelsen gik det op for mig at det ville komme fra USA = told + extra afgifter til postvæsenet. Da jeg kontaktede sælgee få minutter efter, ville de have 10% af beløbet for at stoppe ordren, selvom den jo ikke var afsendt. PayPal ville ikke stoppe transaktionen, så jeg havde intet andet valg end at vente på ordren og frygte regning
