Very very bad!!! The face doesn’t look like me at all.. 80€ for a rubbish. Be carful, do not the mistake I did!! it is a scam and a fraud!!

Awful don’t waste your money, shipping is forever since it’s coming straight from China which I didn’t realize until it was too late. Looks nothing like my wife and they were unable to send me a proof!! Refund? Sure after paying 40% fee since it’s a custom product. Go with a USA based company.

TOTAL DISASTER, i purchased 4 heads, more than 350 EUR, and not 1 of the 4 looks like the picture I had send. Classified as an expensive bad buy and a rip-off. But to be complete, the quality of the head and body is very good.

Hello We invested the expensive money for our wedding in the figure. We can only advise against it. The couple is nothing like us. Thumbs down. Our dog doesn't look like a Labrador either. Absolutely bad.

The head they made was so different from the original person that nobody would be able to guess whose bobble head that was. They didn’t match any facial feature, not even the basic shape of the face. I am so sorry I can’t post the photo here so everyone could see. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Seems like they just took a premade head and tried to put some color on it. When I canceled, they charged almost half the price and the head wasn’t even half done. That must be how their business sustains: they get the order, spend few minutes painting the existing head and charge you half for doing nothing. CATASTROPHE!!!!

So disappointed! Really over $100 for this! I got this gift for a very special surprise for my wife's birthday. She has had a hard year, so I was excited to get her something special. So after waiting it arrived. The box was damaged, but we hoped everything would be OK. She opened the box and I could tell by her face her disappointment. It looked nothing like her. The item is cheaply made, I paid extra for the business card stand and it is a cheap plastic and was bent. Her name is a label that wasn't even centered. Don't buy this! *Note I have asked for a partial or full refund. I will update my review if we receive this.

The bobbleheads I ordered arrived intact and looked exactly as I had hoped they would. The artists added details I did not expect which was a pleasant surprise. Further, I was in regular contact with Jason who facilitated the process by handling the few requests I made and by answering any questions I had. Great experience!
