Do NOT stake with MEW! They (or their shady service provider) will take your money hostage for months until staking begins. Customer service is also difficult. Sometimes, they answer almost instantly, sometimes you have to wait for days. Edit (answer to MEW's reply): I was in contact with your support before. They said nothing can be done. I gotta wait. Therefore, time to raise awareness to stay away from your sketchy sh** Edit 2: Still cannot find the info that your ETH is taking hostage for weeks or rather months until staking starts. If it's staked.us' fault, maybe you should get rid of these scammers and look for serious partners.

Extremely unhelpful and appeared to note care less about assisting me with my issue. I have had correspondence from Andrew but he is obviously not reading my messages correctly or looking at my screenshots as his few responses dont address the issue that my tokens were sent to the correct MEW address successfully but have not shown up in the wallet. Something is wrong on MEW side of things and I would appreciate some "helpful and useful" assistance in sorting it out please? I am beginning to think thay I've been scammed.

Came across this site in November and decided to give them a trial hope to make some decent cash, i put in money hoping I would make profits as the seemed legitimate at the time but before I knew it my money was gone, with no trace and they never responded to my complaints that i had to report to _epf plc_ after so many unreturned calls and unreplied emails

Cant seem to open my wallet. No-one seems to be able to tell me how or why I cant. Pls help

I had a simple issue with my IOS app - there was a "Selling your crypto" option that was supposed to be there and it was missing. I asked the Help Desk and they just kept pasteing articles from their Help Files. I tried entering the issue again to get a different agent but the same thing happened. I've concluded these aren't real people - just BOTs looking for tag words.
