Fast and secure
Same day appointment by phone with the specialist and the letter was sent to my email later that day. My new apartment complex verified all the info to be correct and accepted my request to provide a reasonable accommodation and waive all pet fees. Only thing is I paid for a card but it was never provided.

So glad I chose them.
What I liked most was that it felt genuine. It did not seem like one of those services that just pushes things through. It felt like they actually care about doing things the right way. Overall, I am really glad I chose them. If you are feeling unsure or overwhelmed about the process, this is a good place to start.
