I’ve ordered thru this company for over a year now. This time around, not only was I over charged for a product, twice, due to their system glitch, they could not issue me a refund. So I had submitted another order for the remaining owed balance. Well, they never send me the tracking information like they usually do, and Never Shipped my second order. I spend $600. Will not be working with them again: so unprofessional and just sad!!!!

The medication didn't reach me. But it's not your fault. Swiss customs confiscated it at the border. I received a letter from Swissmedic, the Swiss licensing and supervisory authority for drugs and medical products. They wrote to me that I had ordered prohibited medication and that they would destroy it. They threatened to file criminal charges if they caught me again.
