I’ve been using Earlybird for a handful of months now, and it’s basically taken over my entire Upwork workflow. The AI consistently books 16+ meetings for me each month. The first week or two, I spent some time giving feedback on the jobs it was applying to and tweaking the AI messaging. After that, it’s pretty hands off, now I just check in once a week and make a few small tweaks. Also, whenever I’ve had questions about Earlybird or even general Upwork strategy, their support team has been super responsive and always willing to help me think things through and plan next steps.
