Dr.Sally is the goat
Needed my FMLA docs signed since I’ve been having a difficult time at work. I was hesitant about doing the process online but reading the other reviews gave me confidence. Had a talk with her about my condition on a Friday and she had my docs ready to go by Sunday night. She was quick and responsive. In times where local dr’s aren’t willing to help to do something that helps out their patients Dr.Sally steps up to the plate.

Prompt and responsive, great experience
I recently had to start emergency leave from work for my own health condition. My primary care provider initially was helping me with my required paperwork, but became unresponsive when I asked for updates and the paperwork. I am in the process of finding a new provider, but in the meantime, I found this service and was able to get the documentation I needed and my leave approved within days. I was so glad to find this service as I wasn't sure what to do about my paperwork and was really worried about it. Thank you!

Dr. Was extremely understanding and so helpful when it came to taking the time to hear my medical issue as well as working with me to come up with a plan to help guide how to navigate the needed time off with additional care I needed to seek/complete over the next several months.

Awesome Experience
Dr. Sartin is an exceptional doctor. This was my first experience with telemedicine, and I was initially hesitant. However, he made me feel at ease, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.
