My experience with My Dr’s Note was…
My experience with My Dr’s Note was awesome. My MD was really fast to help me get my FMLA paperwork filled out as well as being able to get me in for my video visit(s) with her. She was very professional and really nice and was really quick to answer my questions and emails!!!

Great communication!
Great communication! Dr. Aaron Sartin is knowledgeable, and he leads with compassion. Above all, he is licensed in California, a qualification that is less common among tele doctors. I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking for help with navigating health related forms and notes.
